Texas H.B. 300 Training
All Texas medical professionals that handle protected health information (PHI), electronic PHI (ePHI) and electronic health records must complete Texas H.B. 300 compliance training. Federal HIPAA and Texas H.B. 300 compliance training must be completed within 90 days of hire. This is enforced by Texas Attorney General’s office..
