This Cultural Diversity training course was created to educate medical professionals that when exposed to a variety of different cultures, genders, sexual orientations, and religions conflict may occur. It is designed to assist people in understanding these various situations so employees from different affiliations can work together as a team to create a workplace that is successful.
By the end of this course the learner will be able to:

• Identify the importance of cultural diversity in the workplace
• Recognize how culture affects communication
• Solve diversity-related conflicts
• Relate your own responsibility in promoting diversity in the workplace
