How do I change my login credentials?

Aris' 7-Step HIPAA platform is a two-part system. The email address and password that was used when you first signed up is your login credentials.

This email address receives emails associated with your company. This includes billing emails. If you need an additional person to receive emails, you may add them under contacts.

If you need to change the original email address associated with your account, you will need to contact support@arismedicalsolutions.com

We will change the email address in the billing system AND the 7-Step HIPAA Compliance side. Then you may request a password reset.
