What if some of my files won’t download when I extract the zip file?

This happens when the folder name / file name is too long.

When you extract your files after a download and you receive an error message “Path too long”, you will need to rename the zip file and/or the folder where you are trying to save to.

After you shorten the file/folder name, extract the files again. If you still receive an error message, try moving the zip file to a new location that has a shorter file path.
